Pic? Is it double DIN and are the connectors the same? If so then I don't see why not. Check specs on RMS for stock amp and that head unit you're talking about. They should generally match up.

Wouldn't that be like going back with your fat ex girlfriend after just getting hooked up with a super model?

yeah, its double din. My highlander is my DD, so i have all the high-end stereo components in that vehicle. My LCs CD player doesnt work, so i figured i could throw my old highlander deck in it. I guess i have some schematic reading to do!

Just confirmed - the sockets are different, cant be done without screwing up harnesses

I have a 2000 OEM 6 disk unit sitting in my garage that you can have for the cost of shipping and perhaps a sixpack if you're nice! Even if you're not nice I'll still probably send it to you for the cost of shipping since my wife has been on me about cleaning out the garage!

Fireball, If Fengler doesn't take you up on this offer, i'd like to. My oem deck is jacked up and i've been putting it off since i rarely use it.

Nick, I thought you had a line on some alpine stuff from the meet...didn't pan out eh? Murf suggested a joint in Scottsdale for radio repair, fyi.
