Beautiful man...

Where did you get the seats?? those are what I'm looking for.

Thanks.

Seats are Procar from Iron Pig Offroad. They really hold you from sliding to the front and sides

What did you make the front fender extensions from?

Even with those, I'm not sure mine would get a sticker.

The fender extensions are exenon 6" flares that I bolted to a 3/4" strap welded to my metaltech fenders.. I really cut them down. They are polyurethane and are supposed to hold up well. We have really tough inspection rules up here. I will need to add some mudflaps.

that rig is boss. last time (with iron pig dave) riding shotgun, i broke a birf and was two wheel drive... i was stuck... stew just pulled up behind me and bumped/nudged me off the rock i was stuck on...

love that thing.

wow Gary thqt looks really good. I like the buggy's but I like them much better when one keeps more of the cruiser body like you have done. it really looks good

Looks very good.
Any pics of the front suspension?

How is that exhaust tip workin out for ya?
Looks tucked up real good, but any issues with the fumes?

Spud,
No fumes yet. It is going to have a soft half top. Look closely at the pipe. The 4 link takes up a ton of room.I went to the parts store and went out back and found a pipe with about 10 bends in it. I cut and welded and cut and welded and........ and about 6 hrs I had it.
The front suspension is rear springs from a fj60. Nice and flat with long shackles. It rides like a cadillac!!!!!!

What are you running for a motor/tranny/tcase? Those are 62 axles, correct?

2f-h42-toybox(2.28)-3speed transfer case(2.28)-4.11 gears

It is a 100% work vehicle

Got flex

The maiden voyage went real good. I need to notch the frame so the coilovers don't hit and add a rear swaybar to lessen the body roll
