This is how you handle things, good for you and i will absolutely look to your services in the future.

The business wits end loses with their bad service would pay for multiple employees, I stopped buying from them and I know multiple others that have obviously. But that's not the real reason why the guy ghosts half his customers that's just a dumb excuse.

The guy is obviously selling parts he doesn't have and waiting for enough orders to do a run. While that's not exactly a good way to do business the way this community is guys would probably be okay with that if he just actually responded to them and was honest. Sad that he chooses to do it the shady way...

I finally got my money returned to me from January. It took some very negative feedback for a response, but made a deal, "help me get my money back stuck from your return process, i will removed the posts." All good now and always order what I can now from Slee Off Road. If Toyota has the part, I will usually order from my local Toyota dealership. Now time to continue the bushing replacements.
 
I'm in the same boat, recently placed an order for various items pertaining to a radiator replacement. It's been over 2 weeks, I've received the other parts that I ordered elsewhere. I thought I was supporting a small business, not realizing all the current issues involving this business. I can't even log into the site anymore, password reset doesn't work for me. I've reached out via email, no response. I guess I should've checked here 1st before ordering, lesson learned.

Yeah, you guys are amazing! I called a few years ago before making an order for an axle rebuild kit because I had a question about which bearings to go with. I believe it was you (@cruiseroutfit) who answered the phone and advised me. I could tell from that conversation that you really wanted to help by making sure I had everything I'd need without over spending on anything unnecessary. You asked me to call you back while I was working on the axle rebuild if I had any questions. I did not need to do this, but the whole experience made me feel really good about ordering from you and now you're always the first place I check when I need something. Which reminds me that I probably need to do a rear axle service fairly soon.

I've ordered a handful of things from Wits End over the years, but it was mostly smaller purchases of items that are easier to stock. When Wits End started having the big delays and poor customer service, I think the overwhelming majority of us here were willing to be patient and wanted Joey to succeed. He has posted a few times here that he just doesn't care that people are upset about the lack of communication and delays and that is what has driven me away from ordering anything from Wits End.
 
Well I placed an order from wits end last week. Got all my items delivered today. No problems here.

If you ever need some listening content search "Kurt Williams" in Spotify and he has made it on a few podcasts. Cruiser Outfitters for the win. Still havn't had to order anything from Kurt yet, but I have almost placed a few orders I don't even need cause I think the "Jeeps are s***" stickers are so funny. People get so worked up about a dang sticker I love it.
 
After more than 3 weeks and no contact, this is how my parts arrived minus the heater tees and hose clamps. 1st and last time I order anything from this guy.

Hi -

I ordered CV boots and a few other things from Wit's End on Feb 2nd, but the order status still shows "Awaiting Fulfillment". I've emailed Joey, used the Contact Us form, and called the number listed on the website several times, but no response. Is this typical? Is there a better way to reach them?
