Wiring diagram for tail lights?

Hi - I've searched the forum and can't find what im looking for. I know its here but my searching skills are below par.

I installed a rear bumper and it came with lights given that the spare tire and jerry cans block the tail lights. I want to tap into the tail light for the reverse, turn, brake and running light. I figured out the wiring on my bumper lights, White is reverse, Green is brake (I think), Yellow is Turn, Red is Constant light, and grey is ground. I think I can match them to the back of the tail light ........the problem im having is how to connect them to the LED running lights on the taillight (looks like its the bottom light) Does anyone have a diagram of how I should wire the bumper lights up? Thank you in advance!

R10 and 13 connectors, 6 positions.
green tail
red/black reverse
white/black ground
green/white stop

green/black left hand turn R10
green/yellow right hand turn R13

there is no diagram for all positions. Otherwise I'd post it. The wiring book is cheap everyone should buy one.

I'd probably use the trailer harness/wiring.

Tricky because the trailer harness combines the stop and turn signals.

Got it. On 98-02, the signal at the rear plug/harness (by the spare tire) comes out raw.... as individual signals, pre-converter.
