wiring diagram for 4.3L vortec??

Anyone dropped one into a mini truck? I've got a 1996 into my '85 mini and I'm having wiring issues. Anyone got a diagram? Chiltons has one in the book, but it's a little off. Thanks, in advance.

Painless

Painless wiring has certain adapters you will need to install the 4.3l. They also sell a entire wiring harness if that will help at all.

painless is the way to go only about 5 wires to connect very easy for the $$$$$$. good luck you will enjoy the added power but dont expect good fuel mileage.

Thanks, guys........I'll check with Painless. I don't want to do a full harness, but I'll see what they've got.

87Toy......"don't expect good fuel mileage"......... WHAT'S that? If it gets better mileage than my FJ40 or FJ60, it would be considered 'good fuel mileage'.

Had to do a 2" body lift, have to do some custom mount for the AL radiator. Stayed with the OEM G52 5 speed trans. Might have to regear to 4.56s or 4.88s to run 35's. Not sure yet.
