Wire, Frame, NO.2 (w/locker) Help (1 Viewer)

I've read numerous threads for locker wiring, actuator wiring, and so on. But I haven't been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. The male plug (90980-11290) was missing from my wire harness, and needs to be replaced. I have that plug, terminals, and everything else needed to fix that. The issue that I'm having is figuring out which wires go in location 2, 3, 4, and 5. Below is what I have, and just need someone to confirm if this is correct before I put it all back together. This would be on the rear of a 94.

Vehicle Side/Actuator Side
Green/Yellow to Green (small)
Green to Green/Red
Green/Blue to Green (big)
Green/Black to Yellow
White/Black to Black

I've looked at my EWD as well, and couldn't find the answers. I could have missed it though.

This is from a 96 EWD, page 210. It is the manual that I have. It doesn't show the colors of the wires from the actuator but I think it shows the positions at the actuator connector to the vehicle. I do have an old LX450 rear actuator that I can take photos of when I have time.
