Sorry to bomb you guys with posts but I need to fix this stuff now! My windshield washer pump seems to be tired out. When I rapidly push the button I can get a very small amount of fluid to drip out, when I just hold the buttom down nothing comes out. I figure maybe the seals or something may be bad since it seems to be getting power any thoughts on how to fix this problem I fear for my life driving in the winter in sand and salt country without it. Right now I am working with the old reach out and rub er' off method which is pretty ghetto and bound to get me pulled over.

where do you live? Because if it somewhere cold the fluid probably froze in the washer heads. Thats what happened to me. To fix it just use a blow dryer to warm them up, it should fix it.

new one is $30, pops right in.

but check your hoses for a kink or plug or something. also check the nozels, blow some air thru from the backside

when i first got my 60 the washer reservoir had some nasty sludge-slimey stuff in it, i pulled it out, drained it, cleaned, and put back in. also, a regular air hose for filling tires will blow from the inside of the nozzles to the windshield. i used that to blow out the gunk from the nozzles, and blew the hoses out myself. however, i do still have relatively low pressure. been thinking about putting in a new one.

good luck!
