My relatively new to me '96 was leaking somewhere around the replacement windshield the PO had put in. Turned out whoever installed it did not put any sealant in - just the window and original rubber seal. I took it to a windshield shop and they injected sealant around the outer perimeter (between the rubber seal and the body). They did not seal the bottom edge. We received another good rain last night and I find that the windshield still leaks, but not as much. This time I've tracked it down and the water is coming in at the lower left and right hand corners between the seal and the glass. Is there supposed to be rubber sealant between the window and the glass? And, should the sealant go around the entire perimeter between the glass and the body? It would seem to me that the glass to seal joint at the bottom should definitely have sealant applied.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Needs sealant between the glass and gasket as well as the body and gasket all the way around on both.

Thanks,
