Does anyone have experience with removing winshiled and rear glass? I want to remove it from an 83 mini truck cab to paint it. Seems to be a rubber gasket, no trim, not sure if there is any glue involved.

Any help would be appreciated.

The. Rear glass will basically push out from the inside. Start at a top corner pushing out steady pressure increasing using a putty knife to roll the gasket away from the cab.

The front has clips under the trim that are clipped to a post that is fixed to the cab. I forget but think the trim just pops off to expose the clips. The clips may be burried in sealant so be careful digging out the sealant

Thanks for the help.

The windshield has no trim though and no visable clips. It has a rubber gasket much like the rear window.

Then push it out like the rear. My 85 has clips. They are pretty easy to install also. All you need Is some small cord, enough to rap around the window with a couple feet overlap

Thanks much, I am going to give it a shot.
