hi
my 2013 LC windows have been fogging during cold rainy days. Turning on the font defogger helps some but does not clear out the fog on the windows. The outside air is on, so we are not recirculating out side air. What can I do to quickly clear the fog?

thanks
Doug

I had this problem too. I picked up my 200 in KC and drove back to UT but took some stops at rest stops to nap in the drive. I thought the condensation was due to my breath while sleeping but saw my spare cars had the same thing when I returned.

I bought a mini-bucket of DampRid at Home Depot and put it in the back of the cargo area. They have hangers products too to hang on the hooks but they're all scented, the buckets aren't scented. I haven't had issues since.

Also, keep your interior windows as clean as possible helps.

Make sure you have a/c on, even when its cold outside as it'll dehumidify the interior air.

^^^^^ This! Don't worry about the A/C system - if it gets too cold, the system will automatically shut off before it hurts itself.

thanks Guys. In Texas we dont get to many sub zero days or days where th AC would shut off due to extreme cold....

As has been said, use your A/C and the outside air setting. Will clear it out no problem.

The fogged windows are a consequence of high interior humidity and cool surfaces (windows).
