I replaced the window seals on my 75 fj40 now on my hard doors i keep stripping out the plastic window cranks on each door has anyone had this problem do you know if there is metal cranks floating around out there and where i might be able to by them.

SOR has some metal ones - kind of expensive though. You might try a local auto-parts store for a cheaper alternative
Lube the crank gear thing and get into the door to see whether there's any channel material bunched up in any part of the lower tracks. Be sure that your new channels are pushed fully into their places - don't depend on the window to seat them fully.
If the crank mechanism is good the plastic handles shouldn't strip out, even though they're pretty crappy.
