Our KickStarter campaign will begin in a couple of weeks. We have not yet dialed in a price for this must have camping tool yet and are winnowing suppliers and deciding what we want to bring in house. One thing for sure is that the Wind Tamer will to be tweaked as we gain feedback from campers.

Send us your email to be included in the announcement and receive the crowdfunding discount. Your support will be greatly rewarded

it says 2x32x18 in carrying case
That's about right. Folds up flat and weighs about 9 pounds. The optional carry case that includes your stove, two propane cans, paper towels and other kitchen stuff is about 6" x 20" x 32". For reference, Bass Pro, Cabela's, et al, sell a tote bag for Coleman Stoves for about 34 bucks but it only fits the stove.

what is the packed size?

we were just reviewing a prototype carry case that includes your stove and paraphernalia. The stove pictured is a Wally World,Ozark Trail. Much thinner than Coleman. This bag measures 5" tall x 33" wide x 19 deep, mas o menos. Chelsea just brought in a 70 year old 3 burner Coleman that is 29" wide and 6.5" tall. I doubt that we will try to accommodate that.

There is lots of space for stowing common kitchen stuff. The WindTamer will strap to the top that is folded back.

I could have used the wind tamer this weekend, very windy Saturday morning while we were fixing breakfast.

I just use my 80. ;)

It's almost always windy on ocean beaches.

The product looks great though for those times when the wind doesn't know which way it wants to go.

The wind constantly shifted last week end, actually typical for the Sierras.
