Winch for KZJ71 factory bumper?

Hey Gang,

I tried searching, but I believe my KZJ71 is a bit unique as it doesn't have the 'front porch' bumper for an upright winch. Does anyone have experience with what electric winch would fit well in the factory bumper allotment?:

I don’t believe the Prado had the front porch which is for the pto.

There is a factory 12V winch that fits there, my current LJ78 came with one. They are great winches, but probably really pricey on the used market (the controllers alone seem to go for $300+ generally). You're best option is probably to find a good low profile winch and mount the solenoids in the engine bay.
