I can't recall the name of the service, but you can google it...basically a private company will come out, inspect, drive and document every little issue with the truck. I think they charge like $200....could also have the seller take it to Toyota for you?

Thanks folks. Here is a link to the rig. Not too many photos, but it appears clean. Price is a little high but to be expected out there. If its clean I might pull the trigger and have it shipped to Virginia. I've got a pre buy with Callegy automotive (LC Specialist) lined up to take place after the dealer puts new shocks on, however, I want to determine whether I should send a deposit as if this thing is in great shape, I don't think it will last long. Thanks for the suggestion, I might try and get someone from Task Rabbit out there asap.
