Will the '07' front grille fit a '03'? LX470

Looking to upgrade to this grille:

It's advertised for: 2005-2007

I have a 2003 LX470.. I believe this is the part designed for it:
53101-60290 (53101-60290 Genuine Lexus Grille, Radiator - https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/lexus-grille-radiator~53101-60290.html)
It's advertised for: 2002-2006

Does this imply that the first grille (53101-60380) fits the 2003 LX470 as well?? It'd odd that they had 2 grille types that worked for 2005/2006.
