Hello all, I've been away for a it doing volunteer work. I'm hoping on picking up a LC/LX in a few months.
I'm interested in heated seats, heated mirrors and adding bluetooth to whatever rig I get. Any years I should stay away from? Thanks.

my 98 has the rear locker, heated seats and mirrors.

I didn't know they got the heated seats and heated mirrors that far back.

I'm loving my '99. I pretty much have to have a locker or I'm not happy.

No I loveeeeeee my 2000. Have had a 2008 3500 Z71. 2011Dodge 3500 2010 Stang. I was lost but now found. They are well built last with care. Parts are available. People give good advice. Wish I has a solid axle and lockers in my 2000 with 4.88s.

Short answer to original question in OP is no.

But it depends on what you value. See Slee's 100 Series Newbie Guide for more info.

The 1999 MY has heated seats and mirrors.

Some have added bluetooth in a variety of ways, depending on MY, but I replaced the OEM head unit with an aftermarket market unit that has it and it works great.

Good luck with the purchase.

I really like my 1998 LX, heated seats, I added Bluetooth audio and phone with a $150 head unit. Only have the center diff lock, but I don't go looking for places to get stuck. If it's in your budget, upgrade to a year that has traction control systems (2000 or 2001 maybe?)

Thanks for all the tips. Now I gotta search youtube for videos..... Thanks :P
