Hey guys !

Does anyone know if these will fit without a lift?

I'm planning a lift but need to buy tires this week due to road damage.

I just need to know if they will rub until the lift is done?

thanks,:bang:

I'll speculate that you'll be fine. I had similar sized (255/85/16) with my OME kit and never had any issues with the body mount, which should be the issue, if there is one. I would say worst case is you have to perform the body mount chop.

Those that can fit 285/70/17's will get rubbing on the mount and/or the UCA's but that is a wider tire by more than an inch (1.2") and I've found the width more of a problem than the height (up to 35" that is).

Of course you know to test fit before leaving the lot, I'd hate to see you tear up a nice set of KM2's. Sorry I could't give a more definitive answer...

For anyone that's interested in running the 255/85/17's, they will not rub without any kind of lift.

We had them installed and drove around for a few days until I could get the Bilsteins 2.5" lift shocks put in.

38.5" from ground to inside front fender well. Next, I installed the Daystar 1.5" rear spacer because the ass was lower after the front end was lifted. from the ground to inner fender, I have 39".

We are very happy with this set up.
