Ahhh - the ol' 80/20 rule . . . Probably true though. Plus pricing often depends on the geographical area in which a rig is bought. Around here all the dealers/sellers generally use NADA pricing.
While I like the idea of a sticky, maybe just a forum site section dedicated to pricing/condition for any rig might work. Sort of like the Lighting, Tire and Wheel Tech, Camping and Outdoor Gear, etc. That way individual threads can be easily tracked, etc.
