Just curious if the FZJ80 i see at Walnut Creek on weekday afternoons is a mud member (green FZJ80, flareless with bedliner down the sides). I ride my mtn bike quite often there and have seen your truck a few times. I own the 97 LX... Always up for meeting cruiser folk that also ride mtn bikes :D

When do you ride? I've thinking of getting going again on weekly rides. Walnut Creek would be a good one to get going on.

David-
I work near parmer/35 so and ride walnut creek just about every day I can (weather permitting). I'm up for riding any day really. I did meet and ride with a guy named Mauricio (sp?) that owned a sweet white BJ70 (i think)? Anywho, it seems there are a couple of us that own cruisers and like to ride.

That's me. Anything off road. It's funny that some of the same principles for wheeling apply to MTB'n. I put a flyer on your cruiser one time. You have a cool 80. Looks like Jason has done some of his handy work on it too.

Yea, we ride on Monday's 4:30 and Thursdays at 5:30.

Give me a call on my cell. 431-8071

Jeff-
How long do you guys usually ride for? I usually try to book out of work early so the monday time works well. I'll try to meet you guys this thursday though. I'll either PM you or give you a buzz on your cell.

We usually run the blue square route starting at the power lines. It usually takes us a little over a hour and a half. Then we take a vote on if anyone wants to ride some more. Our group is made up of a few people in the beginner and intermediate skills. Looking forward riding with you.

David let me know if you want to ride with us.

i'm in for today (6/4)

Dave/Mauricio?

Cool. Bring LOTS of water. I have a 100cc camelback and on a hot day like tomorrow, i will be drink it all.

You missed a really good ride. It clouded up about 6pm and the wind started to pick up more. Out there for the most part you are in the shade, so it is not that bad. Maybe next time.
