Know I've seen it somewhere. Man-a-fre had one for sale in their garage sale section at one time but it's gone now. Search brought up a few threads, including a home made job.

Check Marlin's site. Chris Geiger made one for his and I think they're selling one now.

Unless I'm missing it I don't think they're selling it. Well, if they are, it's not on their website. I looked in the FJ80 section and Miscellaneous . . .

If someone finds it, let me know!

Yeah, found Chris Geiger's post from when he made it and have PM'd him for pics. (they wouldn't come up for me in that old post). Couldn't find a mount on Marlin's site. Did however like their 80 series tube/winch bumper.

MoJ,
I'm not selling them, but I've made them. Not looking to make money, but looking to help guys if they need help. PM if you want.

I had seen one on Slee's site. Whether or not he would fab another is a different story.

See if this works.

E-mailed Christo earlier to see if he had one for sale - no dice. I've seen that pic/mount before. I'm after one that mounts vertically.

I snagged that tire carrier from man a fre out of the garage sale for a whopping $10 :). It's simple in design and after a little modification to get the holes to line up it works good. I don't know who made it though, sorry.

:flipoff2:

Could you post a pic of it? Man, 10 bucks. I remember seeing it and thinking damn that's cheap and then talked myself out of it.

Thanks

Sorry, I don't have a digital cam to snap a quick shot for ya. That thing started at 20 or 30 bucks and I wasn't going to get it because of the shipping, but it was lowered to 10 bills and I couldn't resist. I'm :D I did now though. It is basically a big "U" that bolts directly to the seat mounts. It has a post coming from the top with an adjustable sleeve with a 1/2" rod sicking out. The tire is held on by two plates with nuts holding the plates.
