Who ownes that blue FJ40

My mother keeps telling me about a beautifully restored blue and white FJ40 that frequents Spruce Park with its owner and dogs. Does anyone own this vehicle or know who does. After seeing it my mom no longer thinks I lost "some" my marbles trying to restore mine.

I actually talked to an owner's father at a gas station once. His son owns the cruiser. The vehicle came from Canada and was restored with a galvanized tub. I didn't get the feeling that they knew of Mud or HDC. That same day I saw another blue one with a roof rack that looked like it needed some love.
