Who makes a trailer hitch for a 2010 LX570?

Looking to tow cars and boats with 2010 LX570. Car came with a bumper that has no hitch box. Who makes trailer hitches that can fit this car?
Car is rated for 8500 lbs. I want to tow 5000-6000 lbs. cars with 1500 lbs aluminum flatbed trailer. Will be using a brake controller, and trailer has brakes.

I thought they all had that from the factory. Isn't there a hitch receiver behind a removable plastic panel on the rear bumper? Or does it have an aftermarket bumper?

The rear crossmember is the hitch receiver. Pop off the plastic cover in the center of the rear bumper and the world is your oyster.
