Toyota offered a factory upgrade that is easily the best model available. You do not want plastic guards that go into the window slot as that adds a ton of preload to the channel and wears out the window regulator much more quickly. The Toyota parts adhere to the outside of the frame and add a few thin metal tabs between the frame and window guide to provide additional support.
I have the rears installed but never did the fronts.. they are still in my garage. can try and find a part number when I get home tomorrow. Though I’m not sure they are still being produced..
