edit-My 84 has headlight washers too. I'm going to take out the pump and tank to add a second battery tray.

Andrew:

I did not find this necessary when I put the second tray in my 60. Just relocated the overflow bottle to the PS at the rear of the battery - off the hold down. Maybe you are doing this to re-route the air intake hose?

You lose the intake hose regardless with a second tray - no where to plumb it.

Also, even if you use the DS overflow bottle holddown bracket (SOR sells it, was for the diesels I think) on the 2nd battery, you can still keep the headlight washer bottle. I had been told you can't and removed it with 2nd battery install, out for about 2 years. One day while cleaning the garage I ran across the washer bottle and on a whim decided to see if it would fit. It fit fine - been in there ever since.

Some have mentioned taking the rear anti-sway bar from a 62 and installing on a 60. I believe the 85 model on has the attachment points for the bar. My 84 doesn't have those. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to fab something up for it but there is one more difference in years.
