so i just installed a tjm 70mm lift on the 80 and it's time for 35s!!!!!!!!!!! :bounce::clap::steer:

i'm checking out some used tires right now since I can't really afford to go buy some new ones at the moment, but i want to put 315s on now cuz i think the rig looks kinda funny with the big lift and 285s now...

option one:
keep my factory wheels and get these:

option two:
keep factory wheels and get these:

option three:
get the tires and beadlocks (don't know what kind of wheels these are or if the beadlocks are real or for looks) and sell my factory wheels along with the 285s

FOT758A.webp

and if those mickeys are too worn there are some bfg ATs that look like they have more tread for 150

what to do???? i have no experience with any of these tires. i'm leaning towards the mickey thompsons cuz i get some sweet new wheels with them. the guys only asking 150 for the lot. anyone know what wheels these are and if they'll fit the 80 hubs? thanks all!

also, the mickey thompsons are 315/70r17, hence the selling of wheels and what not.

I'd go with new good year duratracs in the 285/75 as they're just over 33" If you want to make the tank even less doggy than it is now then go 35's but it's like carrying another 250lbs around full time going from 33-35's
