So the time has come to fix my left hand converted BJ74 that my son flopped on its side last spring. I haven't been able to find any body panels/parts used locally so now I need to reach out farther. Where does one find new panels ??? I'm especially needing the rear section from the door pillar to tail light, the front fender, and windshield frame for a FRP top. I will still source a complete door locally as shipping it would probably not be worth it ??? Winter is coming so I gotta get on this. Try as I might to come up with an alternative to fixing this poor thing there really isn't any other thing I want to drive. Any help greatly appreciated. I'm in B.C. Canada

Make the kid find the parts since he wrecked it and it is his problem?

Responsibility for one's actions seems to be falling on the wayside....

Just sayin'.

This was my cautious son (the other one rolled my Baja Bug in the snow on the same road - completely toast). We live down a narrow windy country road - it had snowed - it was dark - he was going slow into the corner and was hugging his side of the road as he could see lights coming - the other person (an older lady who lives out our way) cut the corner and didn't move over - the cruisers tire caught the snow and pulled it into the ditch causing a slow roll winding up in the middle of the road - old lady didn't even stop. Son was/is infinity sorry as he just wrecked dads favorite thing - trust me his embarrassment/bad feelings will last a lifetime on this one . Son is currently in first year at university becoming a elementary school teacher - pretty much the perfect son and very responsible . I also have a 2015 F450 dually and the same old bat did the same thing to me 2 days ago - she's a total menace.

That sucks.

Check these guys. Maybe they can help you.

FJ70

I have bought a set of fenders and windshield frame in Colombia from the same supplier as these guys and the fit and finish was horrible.

OEM quarter panels are still available but not cheap and I have some nice repro's from a European supplier but they are only for the shorter 70 series not the MWB or LWB.

I have also plenty doors available but shipping from Texas would kill the deal unless you would be able to pick the stuff up at a Fastenal store near the Canadian border.

If they need it, they will come.

Thanks Joe for the heads up. I have no experience with that website and the products they sell, just came across it in the past and bookmarked it.

EBI is a rock solid place for anything Land Cruiser - My son just had a bunch of work done there - I have used them for years - the Costal Cruisers meet there monthly. Owner Steve Totu is super knowledgeable about all things Land Cruiser and a great guy. He has a new toyota lower front fender for me but thats it at the moment.

Windshield frame: Try Mustang Connection - he's close to you. That's where I got mine.
Side panel: Maybe David*BJ70 will chime in - he was offering custom made panels a while ago.

Good luck with the rest!
