How are you not obese or had three heart attacks, Nolen?!!!
I don't eat that much but when I eat it is "terrible" food. Of course, with the pussification of America, most people take in way more calories than they burn. Unlike some of my friends, I don't do manual labor and sweat me ass off every day so instead I have to go to the gym to work out to stay relatively thin.
As for heart attacks, I cure that by never getting a physical, therefore I have no idea if I have hypertension or hyperlipidemia......there is none in my family history but I could eat my way into the record books there easily.

The Moab Diner kicks ass for sure. Omelette with green chili sauce is on the must do list.
