Where to cap rear A/C Lines?

For those of us with the pin-holed leaking low pressure line to rear A/C... Where did you cap the lines?

And did you remove the rear lines as well?

Yes, I bought the compression fittings from the prior linked thread.

Didn't follow any if the links, but Swagelok is by far the best compression fitting you can buy. Will not leak if installed correctly.
