Where in FSM is anything about check-engine codes?

I've been looking through my FSM for anything related to check-engine codes and can't come up with anything. My FSM says TOYOTA in red at the top, with the toy logo, then underneathe a red line it says "1994 Land Cruiser" then in smaller font "Repair Manual" then underneathe that are 4 bullets that say Engine, Chassis, Body, Electrical. Could I have a bogus FSM?

PS I have searched the archives and have read about the paper-clip and suspect it will be a code 71.. I was just hoping to add a few more morsels of knowledge

Read the pages before it and after it to get a better understanding of the proceedure as well.
