Just picked up an ARB bull bar for my 60 with Warn 9000 winch for $500 on craigslist...Made my day:)

It's now on the 60, but where do I mount the winch control box? PO had it strapped to the grill. I would like a cleaner look. Any suggestions?

DAM!!! What a deal... (sorry no offer of advice, just stoked on your find!)

No kidding, I just about crapped when I saw it. It's virtually brand new...This dude's 62 blew up on him., after an oil change at Grease Monkey. He sold the truck for pennies, but kept the ARB bar and winch thinking he would get another 62. After 2 years the poor bastard is now driving a mini van...

Figured it out, after looking at pics of winches mounted to bars. The PO had the winch mounted backwards...WTF?

Sometimes the winch doesn't fit in the bumper the "right way". I had to enlarge the mounting holes on the bumper to get my Ramsey Rep 9.5e to fit into my ARB. Even so the control box won't mount to the motor like the winch instructions show because of how the wires come out of the box. I'll probably redo the install come spring but until then I zip-tied the box to the grill too.

Same problem. Looked at it again last night and there is no way the control box is going to fit on the winch.

Some friend here put the control box inside the engine room .. safety, clean, less water and humidity .. I don't know but always is an option.
