Where does my tow bar attach?

I bought an unused tow bar along with some other bits from a breakers but I'm not sure where the tow bar attaches. It appears to attach to the circled location in the photo but I'm not sure that bit looks strong enough, any thoughts?

Tow bar?? Or tow hitch? Got a pic of the Tow thingie??
