Where do I get this grill guard? (2 Viewers)

Does anyone know where to find this exact grill guard? I have one similar for a Japanese made 80 series but it's not quite like this with the letters stamped out in the middle or is this a custom-made grill guard? If so, where do I get stuff like this made?

I have this one which is fairly close but obviously not quite the same. I would like the one with the nice metal cutout Land cruiser name even though it looks like it would be a pain to clean and probably very sharp
