Great pictures, looks like an awesome place!!

That buggy is nuts!

Nice man, that first shot of your cruiser is great! How'd the assist work for ya?

Glad to see benjie traded the polo shirt for a wife-beater too.. :D

Looks reeeeally dry, were the creeks all dried up?

The hydro assist worked great! I do have a couple of minor clearance issues to work out. It was very dry, most of the creeks were dry, but there was water in the larger/deeper ones.

The only carnage I had was a broken front leaf spring that was already slightly bent. I did flop the Cruiser again, but was able to drive out of it.

RK sweet photos... I am hoping next year I am not low man on the pole, and gets all the holiday time...

Sweet Photos... I cant believe it Kyle Reed rides... I have never wheeled with him, its always tore down, or on a new phase.

I will hit you with a PM on NC board...

No, it's private land in east Tennessee.

I may have been there before, back around 2000 or 1999. Is it owned by a guy who has/had a bunch of humvees and also owns an injection mold company that makes cell phones? It's like 1,200 acres.

RK, i thought i remember you running 3/4 elliptical springs in the rear when i came up and purchased those nitto's from you? did you change that or was i hallucinating?

Nope, I've always had full leaf springs in the rear. That will be changing soon though...

Yeah, we're doing a 3/4 eliptical WITH revolvers! It's gonna be sick, it'll ramp like crazy!

(What, was I not supposed to let the cat out of the bag?)

That was one cool trip when i went years ago. That is what helped get me the cruiser bug. I was riding shotgun with my buddy Hunter Sparrow in his green 40. That was before digital cameras, so i have some regular pictures, but nothing digital.

I rode with the owner in his Humvee for a while when one of the fellas....i wish i could remember his name....broke a pinion at the bottom of a hill climb, so hunter stayed to help him fix it and i jumped in the humvee. He had one hell of a shop too. Huge shop, clean with every tool you could imagine.

I hate i can't remember anyone's name though. It was a long time ago. I do remember a guy named Bruce who is from Winston Salem and he had a white tacoma. I remember another guy in his green 40 that had a buick motor in it, he was from Virginia.

i don't have a scanner handy, so here are some pics of the pics :hillbilly:

Hunter's still got that cruiser, it's pretty badass these days..

I see Moorefield riding shotgun, that's hilarious!

Looks like one or both of the Hamilton's...

Oh, and those Hummer's are beat to hell these days. the white one won't go over 45 or so...
