went wheeling yesterday on some class 4 roads. This spot was a washed out section of steep slimey clay about 125' long. I tried to straddle the gully in low low and I made it up about 80 feet and one side would slide in. I tried about 4 times -no go. On the last time, I put it in to 3rd gear low-low and as it fell in I mated it and it made it up.

Sweet rig. Does that Jeep have coils and leaves up front?

The first jeep has coils with a 4 link rear, 3 link front, built dana 44's 700r4 ith a LT1(and not afraid to use it)
The second just came out of the shop. new frame from scratch, chevy v8,sm465, built dana 44's with ox cable lockers converted to air, sprung under with really long springs and teraflax shackles. It is amazing, it will flex as much as mine
Rodney has the shop(first jeep). He did my cage and four link and the all the work on the second jeep.
these guys are fun to wheel with
