in Honolulu? you think you can go on the beach with a truck? 
there is the big park on the East Side, what is it, a zoo? Other than that, asphalt...
On the rest of Oahu, mostly private property I understand. Maybe the dirt road on the NW corner?
but I'll defer to locals...
