Wheel well, rear sill/channel repair

As you weld in the new sill to the bed the heat could warp/distort the metal making the top wider than the bottom. Plus with the sill gone the rear body mounts for the bed are gone making it easier for it to potentially sag. It may or may not happen, but running a piece of angle iron accross the top before you start is cheap insurance that the tailgate opening will be square when you are done.
 
Front and rear springs are flipped, that is part of the reason I redid the rear wheel openings and the front fenders are cut back at an angle.
