Hey Guys!

I am looking to buy some new rims for my 80 series diesel Landy!

I'm not 100% sure the wheel sizes for a 16" rim size??? can anyone help me out???

Also I would like to know if I can use the same wheels on my 1988 4runner?

I'am looking at buying a set of the Allied beadlock wheels and the website contact says I need to let them know proper diameter, width, offset, backspace, and hub diameter necessary to fit my vehicle.

The Tire size I am going is 37x13x16 Iroks.

Any Information would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!:bounce:

OEM 80 series wheels are 16x8 with 4.5" offset in the USA. 4runner are 7" wide here and came in a few different diameters over the years. You did not indicate how either of your trucks are set up so I will not guess if a new set of wheels will work on both.

Oww sorry,

The 92 80 series landcruiser has a two inch lift with 35\s and the 4runner is an 88 with 6 inches of lift and 37's both have lockers front and rear...I am just hoping that I can buy a set of beadlocks and use them on both trucks...

So if I am going to buy rims they must be 16"x10 and a 4.5 offset? If I get them in the size to clear the landcruiser hubs then it sould work on the 4runner rite?\

thanks again for helping me out hear.

37's are going to be pretty hard to squeeze under the 80 with only a 2" lift. Especially a wide one like the Irok. You could run less than 4.5" offset on the 80 if you wanted. I don't know the required offset for a 4Runner.

Search for 80's with 37's more more info on fitment.

35 is where you want to stop with a 2-3" lift. Had a Buddy with 37s and he couldn't articulate at all.

Wheel specs

Oww Yeah sorry i didnt mean I was going to run the 37's on my 80...that will be a future mod if i can afford the slee 6" kit.

Iam more concerned with the rim diamiters that are for the 80 series...do they match up the same as a 4runner?

I know that there both the same bolt pattern...and i know I've seen 4runner rims on an 80 series...but I am currious if its rite? and what the rim diamiters are if i buy a new set of rims...cause wheel manufactures always ask you what the offsets etc are...

proper diameter, width, offset, backspace, and hub diameter necessary to fit my vehicle.

Help is much appreciated!!!

Meh, just cut the s*** that rubs man.

Im no expert but if you were to run the 37's on your 80 youd want rims with roughly 3" BS so the tire gets kicked out away from the frame. I dont think diameter really matters unless you have discs in the rear then 15's are out... If that even applies to your model.

Theres a guy running 36's on an ome 2.5-3" lift so if you dont mind having to trim here and there give it a go.
