Hi all, picked up an FJ40 a while ago, and it has an interesting set of wheels on it that are Appliance brand.

I'd like to swap these out, so am trying to figure out what audience might be interested in purchasing.

I've looked at a lot of pictures online, and can't seem to determine their origin (era, aftermarket vs stock etc).

They look like they are from the 80s and given the lug pattern I'm guessing a GM enthusiast might be interested, but really would like to pin-point what types of cars these might look authentic on.

The PO told me they were Corvette wheels, but after scanning many old pictures from the web, I can't seem to find any match.

Hoping to find the right buyer once I can understand who might want them (if anyone) and trade up for some steelies.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Look aftermarket and will cost $100 minimum per wheel to have properly restored. The purchasing market might be there but with new wheels so cheap it might be hard to find a home for them?

Thanks @murf , sounds like these wont be very helpful in funding my purchase for some proper steelies.

I guess now the decision is black or white spray paint as I use them until getting the new one! Haha.

I was hoping someone would tell me they are some rims from a super collectible 'vette or something.

Cheers
