Hey guys,

I have a 2015 LX 570 that I am in the process of putting new wheels and tires on. I recently bought a set of Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac RTs in 275/70 r18 with a set of tundra TRD 5 spoke wheels.

Goodyear just called me and informed that the tires and wheels will not fit. They were unclear if it was a offset issue or the tire size issue but they told me that it is rubbing on the front fender and upper control arm.

I've done a bunch of research into this and could have sworn that they fit with those specific wheels. Should I just call them back and tell him to put them on anyway or will I need a different set of tires, or should I continue to save and get suspension next?

I know this has been posted a bunch but I'm trying to get this done today, sorry in advance.

Can you post a picture of the Tundra wheels you purchased?

If they are the Tundra 5 spoke wheels you’ll likely need a 25mm wheel spacer. By rubbing the fender they probably mean the front mud flap. Just ditch it.

I haven’t ran this setup in along time, but assure you they’ll fit.

I think of know which wheels the OP is using and they have an offset of 60mm. As noted they should fit, but could be close. Like credit car thick close. I went with 275/65 R18 to avoid any issues.

What would happen if one install the shock spacers?
