Wheel alignment issues after lift?

Tried searching but iPhone not cooperating. Just lifted my LX and put on 288/65/18s. Currently sitting at tire store watching guy struggle to alignment. Has any one else had this issue after lifting? Probable causes?

I did get rid of AHC bits...

What is the measurement from the center of the front hub straight up vertically to the lower lip of the front fender? Before you measure be sure the truck isn't leaning to one side, wheels straight and preferably on level ground. Measure both sides.

If you're ~21+" in front then your mechanic is probably trying to figure out how to get more caster.
