Hey guys. these wheels are on my 1991 Land Cruiser.

does anyone know what type of wheels these are ? what year and model toyota are they from? I know they are not stock on the land cruiser.
do people usually need to run spacers for these type of wheels for 91-92 LC? I have not been able to check if there are currently spacers on the car as I haven't picked up the car yet.

Any more info would be helpful. Thanks!

Thanks!

Look like first gen Tacoma rims. Starfish I’ve heard them called. 16x7 but don’t know BS or offset. Should not NEED to run spacers but may chose to to affect track width or fine tune fitment if mounting larger tires.

what are the downsides of the reduced track width? anything significant on these trucks?

1st gen Tacoma, and maybe some 1st gen Tundra as well? Starfish, snowflake, maybe flower. I have them on my 98 4Runner.

I believe the most standard 16x8 80 wheels stick out a little more if I remember my comparisons correctly, and are of course an inch wider, so you have different tire size options. I wouldn't really want to go over 265 on 7", but some do. Many happily run up to 315s on 8" on an 80, myself included.

I don't see how you could have any clearance issues with your 265/70s (about a 31") on an 80, but the track width must be narrower. Generally speaking - probably a non issue if you're just driving on pavement like a normal person. At a point, you could increase rollover possibility, but hopefully no one in an 80 is taking hard corners at speed.
