What was stock tire size on 2006 / 2007 Land Cruiser?

The Toyota brochure for '06 and '07 shows 275/65R-18
The 2006 Owners Manual shows 275/60R-18 111H
My door decal matches the manual 275/60-18

My L.C. was fitted by the P.O. with 275/70R-18 BFG KO2. I'm not having any problems with the tire size. I just need to know what the correct tire size and ideally what the original factory-fitted tire type/brand, so I can calculate the difference in diameter/circumference.

I would go by the door panel in your case... 275/60.
