OK, maybe we can post our favorite recipes and "Maybe" have an on - line cook book.
We all know the hardest part about dinner is choosing something that all the members of the household will like. Cooking is second nature to all of us. We "MUD" have some very talented people that some of us "Me" turn to for advise, tips, and techniques.
So, lets turn this loose, lets see what cha got.

About a week ago I made potato soup per my youngest's request.
Yukon golds, leeks and garlic, can of cream of mushroom soup, leftover portabellas, sage
and cut up a bunch of leftover rib eyes from the grill, and chunks of Havarti.
Plus some various spices. Can't tell you how much, as I was using some creative juices (social lubricant)

Last night was bacon wrapped hot dogs on da grill with French fries.
Tonight ??? I might just say F it, make a beerrun and order pizza.

Horseradish crusted tenderloin, (I'm assuming beef) sounds awesome.
Grill, smoker, or oven

Grilled thick cut chops with dried cranberry and walnut reduction.

Do weenies and canned chili count? With tater tot's?
I am exhausted...

Last night was messican seasoned flank steak, grilled, and made some tortas with it.
Thinking of white beans n ham hocks tonight

I have become a huge fan of flank steak.

Hey Splity,
Yup, I keep telling my family that I am the best at it, and they keep believing me.
But the navy beans and ham hocks turned out killer.
I even gave the wife a Dutch oven last night, right after she fell asleep.

Our cold is finally starting to set in, not like the rest of you, but now I actually wear socks to bed.
Time for some soup or other hearty stuff.
What have you guys got ???????

The wife made shepherds pie last night. Meh.
She is talking bout chili tonight.
We will see. ?????

I found a 1/2 bird at Safeway that was packaged with a citrus/herb marinade. All the gals at the checkout counter were checking it out, might be a winner, lol.
So far, it smells yummy.

F n A dude, any time I can get all the gals at the check out counter checking out something that I've got is always a PLUS.
Just grill it, and smile a bunch when you serve it up to the wife.
Knowing that you already got all that attention at the check out counter. ;)
