CV? its just a retaining clip. pop that little cover off, spread the clip and shes loose.

I think he's talking about the threaded hole in the end of the birf. It's gotta be like 12 or 14mm x 1.25

TM is right, I bought a M10 today and its too big, Its got to be an M8.

Screw the bolt in to pull the joint all the way out before installing the c-clip.

Good idea!, My first guess is an M8 as well.. not sure if 1.0 or 1.25 pitch though...
