What market was these defroster tubes offered in?

I would like to find these defroster tubes next to the windshield if I can locate, any idea as to which market/ country they were offered in?

not seen those either, but might be OEM, the dash tach looks like it would not allow the normal side window defrosters so this might well be OEM or someone had a good idea

I have seen these before on BJ 45' that where imported from country's like,sweden,norway and finland.

Only on the later ones from 1982 and upward,you can stil find a full op BJ there but the bodies are rusted away.

I would like to get a set if I can ever find for mine has factory tach since it is BJ42 LX from AUS, I know the states had the ones that require a hole to be drilled in the front of dash but I am not gonna do that.

That was a JDM truck, 1983 vintage i believe. I tried to locate those oddball defroster nozzles through Japan4x4, without success. Good luck in your search - pretty rare part from what I could determine.
