someone asked me awhile ago what I did at work. It is easier for me to show in pics than to try and explain.
I take this and rebuild it.

replaced frog with a spade nose frog, with replaceable segments, replace lower sides of bucket, replace main structure plates on bottom of bucket, add wear plates, add side wear guards, hardface wear areas
4+ spools of 1/16" dual shield wire at 33lbs a spool.
ready for a few more years of service
