What Front Bumper is this?

It is on the 100 series used by Safari Snorkels. Seems like Toyota logos on it?

I'm gonna guess it's a JDM Toyota bar from Australia or the like.

The factory fog lights look fantastic.

Are these hard to come by? Ridiculously expensive? Will it work on an USDM 100 series?

Those are AUS market, OE Toyota bumpers.... manufactured locally in Australia. You can find them used on eBay AUS all the time. They are often changed out for heavier duty bumpers.

Will this fit a USDM 100 series without modifications? Seems like a better OEM option than the "Damage Multiplier" brush guard in the U.S.?

Yes, it'll fit granted you buy the correct year (98-02 or 03-05). The later bumper could still probably fit the earlier years but might require some modifications. Be sure not to buy a 105 bumper though.
