Does anyone on the board own one? Any recommendations?

The two brands I've found so far are ProVision and Visual Optics. Leaning towards the Visual Optics VT-series because they're convertible between white and UV light.

I'm on my 3rd Provision.... the focus adjuster broke on the first one, the flexible tubing pulled out of the body on #2, you can see in the pic the masking tape wrapped around the body?? that's holding the door on where the batteries go in... that just broke-off  My local Snap-on dealer was selling and maintaining the warranty on them, but as of last week he is no longer... He claims they are junk..... so I'm looking for a replacement........

Grant--That is *preeeeecisely* the kind of info I was looking for... ProVision also doesn't like returning phone calls, I'm finding.

The more I look at it, that VT-series is looking good, from Visual Optics. I'm nearly done convincing myself to drop the cash on one, and if you like, I'll give you an idea how well it works out for me. The website is:

http://www.voscope.com/vtseries.html

I'm looking at the FLUV ones, so I can do the dye test for leaks. Amongst other things...
