I spent the last 3 days on this and it's still not done and my shoulders and knees are killing me. Only 2500 sf more to go! This is solid vinyl plank, floating floor. I had traditional laminate in the last house and had some issues with durability and water damage so I wanted to try solid core vinyl this time. But the installation is not as easy as the laminate was due to the locking joint design. Also there are three different board widths to make it 3X as hard because you have to follow a pattern as you lay each row down and you inevitably need more of one size than others due to waste and damage. I really hope it holds up well because I don't want to have to replace this in 10 years.

Also on the list in no particular order for the trailer:
1. Clean repaint angle iron frame
2. Reinforce leaf spring brackets
3. Add shocks or air bags
4. New light kit
5. Lock and roll style hitch
6. Get it registered in NM (currently registered in MT but i lost all the paperwork in 2017. Thankfully its a DIY trailer)
7. Roof rack on top of box
8. Maybe new and sub 100lb rtt(?)
9. Custom front toolbox

Last time I registered a home built trailer here in NM it was a huge pain. They wanted receipts for everything used to build it, even parts I already had. Then they could tax everything again.

My nephew helped me install helper airbags on my tundra:
They work great for the extra weight of the camper shell + decked drawers. I felt like it was doing a little Carolina squat because of the 1.5” spacer in the front. No I didn’t install the leveling spacer.

My spawn is hoping that my shop will look like that some day. Then she'd gonna knock me off the planet and grab the 80 keys. Ruthless that one, ruthless. I have the hoists, just not a building to stick them in!

I sold my 80 series to a guy in Denver, so i trailered it up from NM today. I will drop it off tomorrow morning and pickup a 2007 FJ Cruiser 6MT immediately afterwards. My wife already knows I’m crazy.
