With the warm weather in the Midwest this weekend, I gave mine a bath after installing my front bumper, winch and 315/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler MT/Rs a few weekends ago.

What bumper is that? I have a Slee on my truck now and have really liked it, but it took a big hit and I could fix it or get a new one, but I might try something else. Such a gamble because I know the Slee is a great bumper and well made, but just like being married to a super model your eye kind of wanders. lol.
LOL scottryana. I believe its the new 4x4labs. Not my truck though.
Thanks! Yep, sure is.That color looks great! Is that an OEM 80 color. Very clean.
When did you get your MTRs!!??? I was told they were in Stock last week and then this week when I actually ordered them they were out of stock. Blah.
It's the new 4x4 Labs front bumper. I asked Luke to add the horizontal bar in front of the winch mounting area. What bumper is that? Correct. =)LOL scottryana. I believe its the new 4x4labs. Not my truck though.
There are multiple versions floating around. Luke has been great to work with on this bumper, and was open to some seemingly-one-off requests.Hmmmm I think you are right. That is kind of sexy

Parts of the lower radiator support hang down due to the clearance the bumper affords. Some have cut it, resulting in very impressive clearance. '93-94 models have the a/c dryer to contend with. I haven't done anything with my radiator support or dryer just yet.I agree it is ..but I think it leaves a lot of open sheet metal in a vulnerable spot. Just IMO
The Tortuga Build continues.
Couple little upgrades: road radio, and a gravity feed from my slip tank into aux tank.
and the 250,000 km milestone.
also ran my first tank of 100% veggie oil
Gravity feed??? Oh my god you're going to kill hundreds.
Lol just a little joke from when I was going to do a gravity free tank and people thought the end was near.
Yeah, it's hard to compare it with the ARB, which is what I had before. The ARB certainly has a larger "footprint" on the front of the 80, but is made of thinner metal. The 4x4 Labs bumper wraps around a bit, though.I meant more so the front of the fender. Just dug through some old photos. You can see the mangled end of my flimsy ARB. It still saved my whole front half of fender though. That's after I bent it semi back into place. It was creased and bent right over. Never hit the fender.
